It is the PIB’s mission to build a sustainable future for property investors whilst raising the standards and encouraging excellence in the property investment industry.

All property educators that meet the set criteria can join the Property Education Accreditation Scheme (PEAS). The accreditation process is simple. All PEAS members are required to subscribe to the PEAS Code of Practice.

This accreditation is for individuals that conduct any form of property investment education as part of their business. The accreditation applies to the individual not the business as a whole. Directors who achieve accreditation can use the PEAS logo on the business marketing material in accordance with our terms.

Included in the accreditation is membership to the Property Redress Scheme who are the chosen complaints adjudicators of PEAS. Property investment educators who are directors of a limited company and gain PEAS accreditation, can use the PEAS logo to advertise course categories that they are accredited for as long as they are also the person teaching more than 75% of the course material. Annual membership of PEAS is £497 plus VAT per individual property investment educator.
